Having gotten tired of continually replacing and in the process sometimes breaking bulbs in our halogen low voltage undercabinets I decided to give these Led units a try based on all the glowing reviews even though I was extremely skeptical about light intensity based on personal experiences with Leds. My skepticism was precisely correct, these lights are of such extremely low production they are almost of no use at all in a working countertop environment. Described as "Super Bright", they are anything but, in one test I taped 5 of these units side by side under a cabinet and combined they still did not approximate the light from one 20w low voltage puck. I also found the light to be anything but "warm", dirty gray is probably a best description. I now am left wondering where all the 4 and 5 star reviews for these things come from. In our situation the lights mount 18 inches above the countertop, it appears this is about twice as high as would be appropriate to start to get even modestly appropriate light intensity on the countertop with these Led units. I have returned them for a repayment as being a goods not as described in the goods description. The only hypothesize I didn't give them a 1 rating was because the buyer assistance was good - they were shipped promptly and were very well packaged.
